Spring Refresh consults are for Hagan Binder Landscape Architects current and past clients who have a HBLA garden design installed. Every garden needs a spruce up occasionally! This is time for HBLA to come out to your garden, assess its current condition and needs, source and place small plants and nursery grown annuals and perennials. We can source on your behalf or coordinate with one of our trusted installers to get your plants in the ground! Does not include materials or installation.
