Plaque Pricing: $599 for Large (4"x6”) $399 for Medium (2"x3”) $299 for Small (1.5"x2”) Installation and Shipping: Free installation within a 15-mile radius of the 28741 zip code. Free shipping anywhere in the USA for customers outside the installation area. Shipped plaques include mounting hardware and instructions. Annual Renewal: $199 per year for hosting after the first year. First year hosting is included in the initial plaque cost.
